On the sixth day of the annual Brahmotsavams, the Hanumantha Vahana Seva was held on Monday morning between 8 am and 10 am. It drew large numbers of devotees. Sri Malayappa Swamy, adorned as Sri Kodanda Rama, was carried in procession on the Hanumanta Vahana. He blessed worshippers as the procession moved along the four mada streets of the temple town.
The ritual symbolises the inseparable bond between Sri Rama and Hanuman and is considered a spiritually uplifting moment for devotees. Hanuman, revered as the foremost devotee, is honoured for his selfless devotion and service.
This Vahana Seva highlights Vedantic teachings on the unity between Guru (Rama) and Sishya (Hanuman). It embodies the ideal virtues of devotion and surrender. Pontiffs of Tirumala, EO Anil Kumar Singhal, JEO Veerabrahmam, and other dignitaries were present.
