Araku Coffee Heads to Manhattan, Anand Mahindra Confirms

Araku Coffee Manhattan Launch Announced by Anand Mahindra

The Araku Coffee Manhattan launch has been officially announced by Anand Mahindra. The first US Araku Café will open in Midtown New York this summer, marking a major milestone for Andhra Pradesh’s tribal coffee brand, expanding into global markets.

A Playful Comment Sparks Big Announcement

The buzz began when Mahindra posted a selfie from New York during winter. In response, a netizen jokingly suggested that the picture would look more “New York glamorous” if he held a Starbucks cup. The lighthearted comment quickly gained traction online.

However, Mahindra delivered a sharp and confident reply. Instead of mentioning global coffee chains like Starbucks, he emphasised that Araku Coffee ranks among the finest in the world. More importantly, he revealed a major expansion plan.

First Araku Café in Midtown Manhattan

Mahindra announced that the first Araku Café in the United States will open this summer in Midtown Manhattan, New York. He added that he would soon post selfies holding a cup of Araku Coffee in Manhattan’s iconic streets.

This move marks a significant milestone for the tribal-grown coffee brand from Andhra Pradesh. The expansion aims to introduce international customers to the rich aroma and organic cultivation practices behind Araku Coffee.

Government Support and Global Vision

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has been actively promoting Araku Coffee as a global brand. The state government has supported initiatives to position it in international markets.

The brand has already earned recognition in Paris and other global destinations. Now, with its planned launch in Manhattan, Araku Coffee is ready to strengthen its footprint in the United States.

As a result, the aroma of Andhra’s tribal coffee may soon fill the streets of New York, marking a proud moment for Indian agriculture and entrepreneurship.
