Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in India on Thursday night to strengthen the long-standing partnership between the two nations. Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomed him warmly at Delhi’s Palam Airport with a handshake and an embrace, setting a positive tone for the visit.
