The Tirumala Parakamani theft case has reached another crucial stage, with the Andhra Pradesh High Court issuing important observations and directions on the ongoing investigation. The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has submitted an interim report detailing the assets of the main accused, Ravikumar, and his family members to the High Court.
In a significant move, the ACB Director General personally presented the interim report before the court. After receiving the document, the High Court stated that it would thoroughly examine the findings and pass appropriate orders at a later stage.
During the hearing, the court also directed the CID to examine whether there is a need to register an additional FIR in connection with the case. The judge made key remarks, indicating that certain legal and factual aspects still require closer scrutiny.
Although the investigation appears to be largely complete, the court observed that clarity is still needed on several critical issues. These include the accumulation of assets, possible illegal transactions, and the involvement of other individuals linked to the case. The court stressed the need for a deeper probe into these areas to ensure a comprehensive investigation.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court has adjourned the next hearing in the Parakamani case to January 5, 2026, allowing investigating agencies more time to address the pending concerns raised by the court.
