Rebel Star Prabhas said The Raja Saab was made to deliver pure entertainment to his fans. He added that he became a fan of director Maruthi’s writing after watching the film’s climax. Prabhas made these remarks at the grand pre-release event held in Hyderabad.

Director Maruthi has shaped The Raja Saab as a horror-comedy entertainer with strong emotional appeal. Producers TG Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad mounted the film on a grand scale under the People Media Factory banner.
Meanwhile, the cast includes Prabhas, Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan, and Riddhi Kumar. Senior actors Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani, and Zarina Wahab play key roles. The film will release worldwide on January 9, aiming to boost the Sankranti festive mood.
Team highlights scale and entertainment value
Speaking at the event, Prabhas revealed that The Raja Saab runs for three hours and ten minutes. However, he assured fans that the film keeps them engaged throughout. He praised Maruthi’s climax writing and said it felt powerful and unexpected.
Additionally, Maruthi credited Prabhas for standing firmly behind the project. He said they did not just make a film but created a large-scale cinematic experience. He also stated that the horror-fantasy genre offers huge potential.
Strong buzz ahead of trailer launch
Meanwhile, the film has generated strong buzz ahead of its trailer launch on Monday. Thaman composed the music, while Karthik Palani handled cinematography. Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao edited the film.
