Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu will tour Kurnool district today, with his visit focused on the Yemmiganur Assembly constituency. During the tour, he will interact directly with farmers and review the government’s ongoing land resurvey program. District officials have made extensive arrangements ahead of the Chief Minister’s arrival.
The visit places strong emphasis on understanding ground-level farming issues. Chandrababu Naidu will hold direct discussions with farmers to assess the impact of welfare schemes and challenges in the agricultural sector. He will also personally examine how the land resurvey initiative is helping identify land boundaries without disputes.
Focus on ‘Face-to-Face with Farmers’ Program
The main event of the tour is the ‘Face-to-Face with Farmers’ program at Kalugotla village in Yemmiganur mandal. From 11:40 AM to 1:30 PM, the Chief Minister will attend a large gram sabha and listen to farmers’ concerns. He will use the platform to gather feedback on crop issues, irrigation, and land ownership problems.
During the same event, Chandrababu Naidu will distribute newly issued Pattadar Passbooks to eligible farmers. After a lunch break, he will inspect land resurvey work at agricultural fields from 2:00 PM for about thirty minutes. Officials will brief him on boundary stone placement and the use of technology in the resurvey process.
Later in the afternoon, the Chief Minister will hold a meeting with party leaders as part of his Kurnool schedule.
