According to the complaint, Dasarathi and Mansooruddin work as linemen at the Ram Nagar electricity office in Dharmavaram. The woman, Tulasi, alleged that the two men had been in a close relationship for some time.
She stated that one day she found them together in a private room and confronted her husband. The discovery left her in shock. Soon after, she claimed, both men warned her not to reveal the matter to anyone.
