As the 2025–26 academic year nears its end, students across the country have entered a crucial phase. At the same time, job aspirants are intensifying their preparations to secure government positions. As a result, January and February 2026 have become two of the busiest months for exams, covering board tests, entrance exams, and major recruitment examinations.

Earlier, education boards released the timetables for Class 10 and Intermediate public examinations, setting the tone for an intense exam season. Meanwhile, several central and state recruitment agencies issued multiple notifications toward the end of last year. Consequently, aspirants preparing for competitive exams now face a tightly packed schedule.

Why January–February 2026 Is Crucial

  • AP Agriculture Officer Exams: January 27 and 28

  • AP Technical Assistant Exams: January 27 and 28

  • AP Junior Lecturer (Library Science): January 27 and 28

  • AP Hostel Welfare Officer Grade-2: January 27, 28, and 29

  • AP Horticulture Officer Exams: January 27 to 30

  • AP Assistant Engineer Exam: January 27

  • Group-4 Junior Assistant Exams: January 27 and 30

  • AP Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector: January 27 and 28

  • AP Forest Beat Officer and Assistant Beat Officer Exams: February 9 and 10

  • SSC GD Constable Exam (25,487 posts): February 23
