The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main 2026 Session 1 admit cards on its official website. Candidates can now download their hall tickets from jeemain.nta.nic.in. The admit cards apply to exams scheduled on January 21, 22, 23, and 24.

The JEE Main 2026 Session 1 examinations will take place across India on January 21, 22, 23, 24, and 28 for Paper 1 (B.E/B.Tech). In addition, the agency will conduct Paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Planning) on January 29. At present, NTA has released admit cards only for the first four exam dates. The remaining admit cards will be released soon.

The agency will conduct the exams in two shifts each day. The morning shift will run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, while the afternoon shift will take place from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Therefore, candidates should reach their exam centres early to complete entry checks without delay.

How to Download JEE Main 2026 Admit Card

First, visit the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Next, click on the link titled “JEE Main 2026 Session 1 Admit Card.” Then, log in using your application number and date of birth. The admit card will appear on the screen. Download it and take a clear printout.

Candidates must carefully check all details printed on the admit card. These include the exam date, shift timing, exam city, centre address, and personal information. If any error appears, candidates should contact NTA immediately at jeemain@nta.ac.in.

The admit card plays a crucial role on exam day. Candidates must carry it along with a valid photo ID. Without these documents, authorities will deny entry into the examination hall.

JEE Main remains one of India’s most important engineering entrance exams. It offers admission to NITs, IIITs, and other centrally funded institutions. Moreover, the exam also determines eligibility for JEE Advanced. Candidates should regularly check the official website for updates on remaining admit cards and exam guidelines.
