Kurala Ankama Organiser Clears Rumours in Eluru Village

Rumours linked to the Kurala Ankama ritual at the Ganganamma Jatra Mahotsava in Turkuvedi have been spreading widely on social media. In response, a senior organiser addressed the people of Eluru village and dismissed the claims as false and misleading. He said the allegations have created unnecessary fear among devotees.

Recently, posts on social platforms claimed that anyone sitting in the Kurala vehicle would die or face danger. The organiser rejected these statements outright. He urged villagers not to believe unverified information shared online.

Rituals Rooted in Faith and Discipline

According to the organiser, Kurala Ankama follows long-standing spiritual traditions based on Mantrapasana. When the rituals are performed correctly, no harm occurs. He explained that the program is conducted to invoke divine blessings and promote positivity during the Ganganamma Jatra.

He further stated that the ritual strengthens spiritual discipline and encourages auspiciousness among villagers. The presence of Akka Mahadeva during the ritual, he added, plays a vital role in maintaining spiritual balance.

Addressing Past Incidents

Clarifying past incidents often mentioned in rumours, the organiser said those cases involved people who ignored ritual guidelines. In traditional practice, participants must fast for two days and follow strict spiritual rules. Any deviation, he explained, leads to misunderstandings and fear.

Importantly, he stressed that the ritual itself does not cause death. Instead, discipline and faith remain essential for safety and spiritual strength.

Personal Experience and Assurance

Sharing his own journey, the organiser said he has already participated in 23 Kurala rituals. Recently, he completed the 24th ritual without any issue. He also revealed that he has performed nearly 70 sacrificial offerings as part of the tradition.

Despite ongoing rumours, he confirmed plans to attend another program the next morning. He expressed full confidence in the ritual and said no harm would come to him.

Appeal to the Public

In conclusion, the organiser appealed to villagers to remain calm and responsible. He asked people not to spread fear through social media messages. Trust in tradition, he said, must be supported by proper understanding and discipline.

He finally urged devotees to respect rituals and rely on verified information rather than rumours.
