A tragic accident in Uttar Pradesh claimed the life of Samajwadi Party leader Lal Bahadur Yadav. A high-mast light pole suddenly fell on his car, killing him on the spot. The shocking incident has left party workers and locals in deep sorrow.
Accident Near Petrol Pump in Pratapgarh
The accident took place near a petrol pump in Pratapgarh. Lal Bahadur Yadav was travelling to the city for personal work. At the same time, workers were trying to install a 65-foot-high light pole with the help of a crane.
During the work, the crane belt snapped. The heavy pole, which weighed around 40 quintals, slipped out of control. It fell directly onto Yadav’s Hyundai Creta, which was passing by.
Car Completely Crushed
The massive pole crushed the car within seconds. The impact badly damaged the vehicle and trapped Yadav inside.
Locals rushed to help and informed emergency teams. Rescuers pulled him out and took him to a nearby hospital. Doctors examined him and confirmed that he had already passed away.
Police Start Investigation
