Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan took a tough stand against party leaders during the party’s general body meeting. He expressed strong displeasure over their silence on the Tirumala Laddu controversy. Pawan questioned why no leader responded despite widespread public discussion. He also asked why Jana Sena leaders failed to counter the narrative pushed by the YSR Congress Party.
During the meeting, Pawan Kalyan warned leaders to stay alert while responding to statements made by YSRCP leaders. He advised them not to fall into political traps. At the same time, he urged leaders to speak with clarity and focus on ideology and subject-based arguments. However, he cautioned them to stay careful while dealing with personal matters.
As the discussion grew heated, Pawan Kalyan reportedly lost his patience and walked out of the meeting in anger. Before leaving, he instructed Nadendla Manohar to prepare a detailed report on all related matters. This includes the laddu issue, the opposition’s campaign, the response or lack of response from party leaders, and the overall impact on the party’s image.
Meanwhile, senior leader and minister Nadendla Manohar addressed the media after the meeting. He said the party discussed two key resolutions. First, Jana Sena decided to explain the Tirumala Laddu adulteration issue to the public at the grassroots level. Second, the party moved to revive the PAC as part of organisational strengthening.
In addition, Nadendla Manohar announced the formation of a 32-member disciplinary committee. He confirmed that the party discussed the issue related to Railway Koduru MLA Arava Sridhar. He also clarified that Pawan Kalyan instructed leaders to ensure personal matters do not damage the party’s image.
Furthermore, Nadendla stated that the party will take action based on the committee’s report. He added that Pawan Kalyan expressed pain over the lack of response from leaders when major issues arise. Overall, the meeting reflected Pawan Kalyan’s push for discipline, clarity, and proactive political communication within Jana Sena.
