Pawan Kalyan launched the Jana Sena Party’s active membership registration drive on Sunday morning at the party’s central office in Mangalagiri. With this initiative, the party aims to strengthen its grassroots structure across Andhra Pradesh. Senior leaders and dedicated cadre attended the event, showing strong organisational unity.

₹2 Crore Contribution Marks the Beginning

At the launch, Pawan Kalyan contributed ₹2 crore to support the programme and enrolled as the first active member. Through this gesture, he signalled both commitment and accountability. He emphasised that ideology must guide every member’s action. According to him, numbers alone do not define strength; instead, clarity of purpose and dedication determine long-term success.

Structured Categories to Build a Strong Cadre

To streamline participation, the Jana Sena chief introduced three membership categories. Members who actively work in line with the party’s ideology will be recognised as “Udyami.” Meanwhile, those who inspire others and expand the movement will earn the title “Sadhak.” In addition, individuals who contribute financial, technical, service, or intellectual support will be known as “Pradata.”

Through this structured approach, the party seeks disciplined growth. As a result, it expects better coordination and stronger ideological alignment at every level.

Membership Growth Shows Rising Support

Jana Sena began its journey with just 150 members. Later, in 2021, the first active membership phase registered 90,000 supporters. Before the elections, that figure climbed to six lakh. After the polls, membership touched 12.98 lakh.

Importantly, people from varied backgrounds joined the movement. Small traders, daily wage workers, and educated youth participated in large numbers. Therefore, the leadership views this expansion as a sign of increasing public confidence.

Senior Leaders Join the Programme

Several prominent leaders attended the event. Political Affairs Committee Chairman Nadendla Manohar participated in the launch. Alongside him, Political Secretary Pidugu Hariprasad, General Secretary Ram Talluri, and Programme Management Committee Chairman Kalyanam Shiva Srinivas were present. Moreover, the party honoured members who secured the highest enrollments in the previous drive.

Commitment Over Mere Numbers

In conclusion, Pawan Kalyan reiterated that committed workers remain the backbone of Jana Sena. Rather than focusing only on statistics, the party intends to nurture ideologically driven leadership. With this renewed membership drive, Jana Sena plans to strengthen its foundation and prepare strategically for future political challenges.
