Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan will visit the Kondagattu Sri Anjaneya Swamy Temple in Telangana on January 3, 2026 (Saturday). He will take part in the foundation stone–laying ceremony for major facilities meant for devotees.
Earlier, during a previous visit to Kondagattu, temple authorities and devotees highlighted a major concern. They informed Pawan Kalyan that the temple lacked proper diksha viramana mandapams and resting facilities for pilgrims. At that time, they requested his support to address the issue.
Responding positively, Pawan Kalyan assured them of help. Later, he took the matter seriously and conducted a detailed study. As a result, he ensured approval for a large-scale project under the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Board.
Under this initiative, the TTD Board approved funds worth ₹35.19 crore. The project includes the construction of a diksha viramana mandapam for 2,000 devotees and a 96-room choultry at the Kondagattu temple. These facilities aim to improve comfort for pilgrims visiting the shrine throughout the year.
Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan will participate in the shankusthapana pooja organized by the TTD on January 3. After the rituals, he will also address party leaders, Veera Mahilas, and Jana Sena cadre.
Following this announcement, the Jana Sena state leadership has issued a call. Party leaders and members from the combined Telangana districts and Greater Hyderabad have been asked to ensure large participation. They were instructed to inform party workers in their respective constituencies and take full responsibility for mobilization.
Therefore, this visit holds both spiritual and organizational significance for Jana Sena. Party leaders believe the initiative reflects Pawan Kalyan’s commitment to devotees and temple development.
Overall, the project is expected to greatly benefit pilgrims visiting Kondagattu Anjaneya Swamy Temple, while also strengthening coordination between religious institutions and public leadership.
