Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan held a courtesy meeting with US Consul General Laura Williams on Tuesday at his camp office in Vijayawada. The meeting focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation and discussing development-related initiatives in the state.
During the interaction, both sides exchanged views on expanding collaboration across key sectors. They discussed opportunities for mutual cooperation that could support Andhra Pradesh’s growth and development. Several senior representatives from the US Embassy accompanied the Consul General during the meeting. The delegation included Meredith Metzler, Abdul Rehman Habib, Public Diplomacy Officer, Sreemali Kari, Political Specialist, and Shiba Tripathi, Economic Specialist. Their presence underlined the significance of the discussions and the broad scope of engagement.
