Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has once again stepped forward to support children in need. He recently extended financial and educational assistance to two orphaned children. Known for treating all constituents like family, he acts quickly to resolve both minor and major issues in his constituency.
Monthly Financial Assistance
The two children are from Madhavapuram village in Pithapuram Mandal. They lost their father two years ago and their mother recently. With no home to live in, they shared their plight through a heartfelt video message on social media.
Moved by their situation, Pawan Kalyan instructed his office to provide Rs. 5,000 per child per month, totalling Rs. 10,000. He also ensured they received immediate housing support.
Education and Oversight
To secure their education, Pawan Kalyan arranged enrollment in government residential schools and colleges starting next academic year. He assigned the Kakinada District Collector to oversee their academic progress and welfare.
This action adds to his ongoing support. He already helps 42 orphaned children in the constituency through monthly contributions from his salary.
Highlighting Excellence in Education
In education, Adbala Harshitha Tejashree of Sri Mullapudi Venkataravu Municipal Primary School, Shantanapuri Colony, Godarigunta-2, has made notable contributions. She uses FLN-based and play-based teaching methods. These methods teach literacy, hygiene, moral values, and health habits effectively.
Through social media, she spreads awareness and inspires teachers and students. Her efforts, with support from the Education Department, increased student enrollment from 134 to 183 in the past academic year.
Supporting Child Welfare
Pawan Kalyan’s initiatives combine financial aid, housing, and education. These steps provide a safety net for children who lost their parents. They ensure the children grow with dignity and opportunity.
