The death toll in the suspected milk adulteration case in Rajamahendravaram has risen to four, triggering concern among residents. Health officials confirmed that several people fell ill after consuming allegedly contaminated milk in different parts of the city. According to local reports, most of the affected victims are from Chowdeshwari Nagar, Swaroop Nagar, and Annapurnammapeta areas. Doctors identified symptoms of anuria and kidney-related complications in 14 people. Medical teams are closely monitoring their condition.

In addition to the reported deaths, nine other patients are currently undergoing treatment in private hospitals. Doctors said their condition is stable but requires continuous observation. Meanwhile, one patient remains in critical condition, raising further anxiety among family members.
