Actress Rashmika Mandanna has finally opened up about the ongoing buzz surrounding her alleged February wedding with Vijay Deverakonda. For the past few weeks, reports have widely circulated claiming that the couple is set to tie the knot early next year. In a recent interview with a Hollywood media outlet, Rashmika addressed the rumours with a balanced and intriguing response.
“I cannot confirm these rumours right now,” she said. “But at the same time, I won’t deny them either. When the time is right, I will speak about my marriage—where, when, and with whom. I will definitely share everything with all of you. But for now, I cannot reveal any more details.”
Rashmika emphasized that she values her privacy deeply. “I’m very protective of my personal life. I don’t like discussing it publicly. When I’m at home, I do not discuss work. And when I’m outside for work, I don’t bring up personal matters. I follow clear boundaries and plan my life carefully,” she added.

Speaking about her work routine, Rashmika shared that the film industry often comes with unpredictable challenges. “Sometimes, things don’t go as planned. Shoots get postponed without warning due to various reasons—meetings, rehearsals, or sudden changes. There have been many days when I worked double shifts. As actors, staying committed and constantly engaged with our craft is essential,” she said.
Revealing a fun side of her personality, Rashmika mentioned her love for the Naruto anime series. “I absolutely enjoy Naruto. Watching it helps me relax and unwind after a long day.”
Rashmika on Her Career and a Year Filled With Success
In the same interview, Rashmika reflected on her career and the streak of successes she witnessed this year. “This year has been incredibly special for me. Five of my films released, and each one received great appreciation. Achieving a strong position in the industry takes hard work—success doesn’t arrive overnight,” she said.
Rashmika explained that it took time for audiences to understand her versatility. “I always believed I could perform in any kind of story, but proving that to the audience required patience. Early in my career, I made a conscious decision not to limit myself to any particular language or genre. I wanted to explore all kinds of roles.”
She further added, “In the five films I did this year, every role was different from the other. Seeing the audience shower love and praise for each of those characters feels incredibly rewarding.”
