Rebel star Prabhas is starring in the highly anticipated action film ‘Spirit’, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Since the film’s announcement, fans have eagerly awaited official updates. Now, the makers have delivered a perfect New Year surprise by releasing the first official poster of the movie.
The ‘Spirit’ first look was unveiled on New Year’s Eve, instantly creating a buzz across social media platforms. Until now, fans had been sharing fan-made posters and AI-generated images. However, the official reveal has raised expectations to a new level.
Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga shared the poster on X (formerly Twitter) with the caption: “Indian cinema… Watch your AJANUBAHU. Happy New Year 2026.” His statement further amplified excitement among Prabhas fans.
The poster presents a powerful and intense visual. Prabhas appears shirtless, standing near a window, with visible injuries across his body. He sports dark glasses and off-white pants, adding to his rugged and mass appeal. Beside him, actress Tripti Dimri is seen lighting a cigarette, which adds depth and intrigue to the frame. Overall, the poster hints at a raw, violent, and emotionally charged narrative.
Prabhas and Tripti Dimri play the lead roles in this big-budget action drama. Meanwhile, Prakash Raj, Vivek Oberoi, and senior actress Kanchana appear in key supporting roles. There are also strong rumors that popular Korean actor Ma Dong-seok (Don Lee) may be part of the film. However, the production team has not confirmed this yet.
Meanwhile, the shooting of Spirit has recently begun. Notably, Megastar Chiranjeevi attended the film’s puja ceremony as the chief guest and formally launched the project. With such a strong cast and a striking first look, Spirit is shaping up to be one of the most awaited films in Indian cinema.
