The colourful Brahmotsavams of Sri Tirupatamma Amma have reached their final stage at Penuganchiprolu in NTR district. Devotees from across the region are preparing to witness the grand celebrations with deep devotion and enthusiasm.
As part of the festivities, the goddess will begin her ceremonial return journey from Jaggayyapeta to Penuganchiprolu. The procession will grandly take place over two days. During this sacred journey, the deity will travel in eight beautifully decorated palanquins through five villages, covering a total distance of nearly 48 kilometres.
Along the route, Tirupatamma Amma will offer darshan to devotees at several locations. Large crowds are expected to gather to seek blessings during the procession. Temple authorities have coordinated arrangements to ensure smooth movement and crowd control throughout the journey.
Meanwhile, the annual Tirupatamma Tirunallu will commence from February 1. Officials are making extensive preparations for the Kalyana Mahotsavam of the goddess. They are decorating the temple premises and enhancing facilities for devotees.
With spiritual fervour building each day, the Brahmotsavams are set to conclude on a divine and festive note at Penuganchiprolu.
