The Srisailam Devasthanam provided free Sparsha Darshan to Chenchu tribal devotees as part of its commitment to inclusive spiritual practices. The temple administration has decided to offer a special free Sparsha Darshan for Chenchu devotees once every month.
The management implemented this initiative from Mukkoti Ekadashi. As per the schedule, the temple now conducts the free Sparsha Darshan on the last Wednesday of every month exclusively for Chenchu tribal devotees.
On Wednesday, a total of 232 Chenchu devotees had the opportunity to have Sparsha Darshan of Sri Swamy and Ammavaru. The devotees expressed devotion and gratitude after receiving the special darshan.
Chenchu devotees arrived from several regions to take part in the initiative. Devotees from Mekalabanda, Hatakeswaram, and Sunnipenta participated in the darshan. Chenchu families from Hanumapuram Thanda in Veldurthi mandal of Palnadu district, as well as from Bodanampadu in Macherla mandal and Theraala in Durgi mandal, also visited the temple.
Temple authorities said the initiative reflects the spirit of equality and devotion at Srisailam. The administration aims to continue the monthly free Sparsha Darshan to strengthen the spiritual bond with tribal communities.
