Mega superfans, who were disappointed after the postponement of Vishwambhara to summer 2026, found a little solace as the upcoming year looks promising with multiple movie releases.
It may be noted that the last outings of Mega Star Chiranjeevi – Bhola Shankar, and Ram Charan’s Game Changer failed to impress the audience, leaving them eagerly waiting for a stronger comeback.
Chiranjeevi will be greeting the Telugu audience with Anil Ravipudi’s Mana Shankaravara Prasad Garu, set to release for the Sankranti, followed by the much-awaited socio-fantasy, Vishwambhara, in the summer next year.
Mana Shankaravara Prasad Garu’s movie team has released a title glimpse on the Mega Star’s birthday. The movie has generated positive buzz, and Mega fans are hopeful of a blockbuster hit.
The second film, Vishwambhara, starring Chiranjeevi alongside Trisha Krishnan and others, has kept movie buffs on their toes for its extensive VFX work and unique storyline.
Meanwhile, Ram Charan is also set to come back with Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu. The film features Janhvi Kapoor as the lead actress and is scheduled for release on March 27, 2026, under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers.
With Chiranjeevi’s two films and Ram Charan’s Peddi lined up for release, 2026 is shaping up to be a festive year for Mega family fans, bringing a much-needed wave of excitement and celebration to Tollywood.
