Hyderabad: Reservations for corporation mayors and municipal chairpersons have been finalised in Telangana. Municipal Department Director Sridevi announced that 50 percent of the reservations have been allotted to women. She shared the details during a media conference.
Out of 121 municipalities, 5 posts have been reserved for Scheduled Tribes (ST), 17 for Scheduled Castes (SC), and 38 for Backward Classes (BC).

Ramagundam Corporation – SC General
Mahabubnagar Corporation – BC Women
Mancherial Corporation – BC General
Karimnagar Corporation – BC General
GHMC – Women General
Greater Warangal – General
Khammam Corporation – Women General
Nalgonda Corporation – Women General
Nizamabad Corporation – Women General
