Tirumala is preparing to witness grand Rathasaptami celebrations at the Sri Venkateswara Temple. With lakhs of devotees expected to arrive, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has intensified arrangements to manage crowds and ensure a peaceful darshan experience.
To avoid inconvenience to pilgrims, TTD has taken a key decision. Authorities have cancelled several darshan ticket categories during the festival period. TTD has also withdrawn all recommendation letter darshans. Officials believe this step will help control the heavy rush and maintain order inside the temple.
Rathasaptami remains one of the most significant festivals at Tirumala. On this day, Lord Venkateswara gives darshan on multiple vahanas. Devotees from across the country travel to Tirumala to witness the divine event. TTD expects an unusually high turnout this year.
Temple officials have instructed staff to remain alert throughout the celebrations. Security teams and volunteers will guide devotees at all entry and exit points. TTD has requested pilgrims to follow the queue systems and cooperate with authorities.
