The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has cancelled offline Srivani darshan ticket issuance for three days due to an unexpected surge in pilgrim arrivals at Tirumala. The cancellation applies to December 27, 28, and 29, which fall on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
TTD officials took this decision to control crowd pressure and ensure smooth darshan arrangements during the peak rush period. As part of this move, authorities will not issue offline Srivani tickets at the Srivani Darshan Ticket Counter in Tirumala or at the Renigunta Airport in Tirupati on these dates.
The temple town has witnessed heavy congestion across queue complexes, accommodation centers, and waiting halls. To manage this situation effectively, TTD opted to suspend offline ticket distribution temporarily.
Meanwhile, TTD has urged devotees to plan their darshan schedules carefully before traveling to Tirumala. Officials advised pilgrims to check official updates and explore available online darshan options to avoid inconvenience.
The administration continues to monitor crowd movement closely. It has deployed additional staff to manage queues and maintain order. TTD emphasized that the decision aims only to ensure devotee safety and a smooth darshan experience.
The TTD Chief Public Relations Officer officially released this announcement. He clarified that the suspension remains temporary and depends on crowd conditions.
Devotees are requested to cooperate with TTD authorities and stay informed through official channels for further updates on darshan arrangements.
