Actor Vijay Deverakonda will speak in the Godavari dialect for the first time in his career in the upcoming film Rowdy Janardhan. Producer Dil Raju revealed this detail during the film’s glimpse launch.
The makers released the glimpse featuring Vijay Deverakonda and Keerthy Suresh in the lead roles. Speaking at the event, Dil Raju said Vijay appears in a role he has never played before. He added that the actor takes on a complete mass character in the film.
Dil Raju also revealed that the story is set in the 1980s. The period backdrop adds a nostalgic touch to the narrative. He expressed confidence that the film will strongly connect with audiences.
Responding to questions about his production choices, Dil Raju said he closely tracks audience preferences. He stated that his banner focuses on making films people enjoy. He added that filmmakers must adapt to changing tastes instead of following old formulas.
Describing Rowdy Janardhan, Dil Raju said the film offers double entertainment for fans. He also promised a full-meal experience for general audiences.
The producer further announced that his production house plans to release six films in 2026. With Vijay Deverakonda’s new dialect and a mass-oriented role, Rowdy Janardhan has already created strong buzz in film circles.
