Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will attend the India AI Impact Summit 2026 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi tomorrow. The summit will bring together top political leaders, global technology firms, and policy experts to discuss India’s artificial intelligence roadmap.
During the visit, the Chief Minister will hold meetings with leading industrial giants. In addition, the Andhra Pradesh government will sign several key agreements in his presence to strengthen the state’s AI ecosystem.
Jaipur Visit Before Delhi Summit
According to the official schedule, Naidu will travel to Jaipur this evening. He will attend the wedding of Vikas Marmat, Project Director of the Kuppam Area Development Authority, at Vrindavan Palace. The Chief Minister will stay overnight in Jaipur.
Tomorrow morning, he will fly to New Delhi and proceed directly to the summit venue at Bharat Mandapam.
Participation in Key Plenary Session
At 9:30 AM, the Chief Minister will participate in a plenary session titled “AI Accelerators: Fueling India’s Economic Growth.” He will share the stage with Himanta Biswa Sarma, Union Minister Jitin Prasada, and representatives from Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
The discussion will focus on how AI can accelerate economic growth and improve India’s global competitiveness.
Major Agreements to Boost AI in Andhra Pradesh
The Andhra Pradesh government plans to sign multiple Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) at the summit.
The state will sign an MoU with IBM to train one million youth in artificial intelligence, quantum technology, and cybersecurity. This initiative aims to equip young people with advanced digital skills.
Furthermore, the government will partner with the United Nations International Computing Centre (UNICC) to establish a Quantum and AI Centre of Excellence in Andhra Pradesh.
Another agreement will be signed with the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) to set up a Quantum AI University in the state.
In addition, the Indian Institute of Technology Madras will collaborate with the state government to launch an Artificial Intelligence Tutor initiative. Meanwhile, NVIDIA will partner in establishing AI Living Labs across Andhra Pradesh.
High-Level Meetings and Global Engagements
Later in the day, Naidu will meet Sridhar Gadhi, Executive Chairman of Quantela Inc., to discuss smart technology solutions.
At 12:00 PM, he will participate in a roundtable discussion organised by the World Economic Forum. The theme of the roundtable is “Competitiveness through Artificial Intelligence.” Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and WEF CEO Børge Brende will also attend.
At 1:30 PM, the Chief Minister will meet a delegation from the United Kingdom. He will hold discussions with UK Minister for AI and Online Safety Kanishka Narayan, UK High Commissioner to India Lindy Cameron, and Minister Counsellor Sally Taylor. The talks will focus on collaborative initiatives in AI, climate technology, and innovation.
Later, at 3:00 PM, Naidu will hold separate meetings with Abdulrahman AiTukair, Managing Director of Aramco India, Shantanu Narayen of Adobe Inc., and Mike Haley, AI Head at Autodesk.
Focus on Positioning Andhra Pradesh as an AI Hub
Through these engagements and agreements, the Andhra Pradesh government aims to position the state as a leading hub for artificial intelligence and quantum technologies. The summit provides a platform to attract investments, build global partnerships, and enhance youth skill development.
After completing his official engagements, the Chief Minister will depart from Delhi tomorrow evening and arrive at Amaravati
