YSRCP president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy met former minister Ambati Rambabu at his residence in Tadepalli. The meeting comes days after Rambabu was released on bail in multiple cases. During the discussion, Rambabu briefed Jagan on the legal and political challenges he is currently facing.
Ambati Explains Cases and Allegations
Ambati Rambabu reportedly explained the cases registered against him under the TDP-led government. He also raised concerns about what he described as the demolition of his house, an alleged murder attempt, and the conduct of police officials.
Moreover, he shared details about the circumstances that led to his arrest. Rambabu was recently taken into custody in connection with several cases and later secured bail.
Jagan Assures Legal Fight
In response, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy assured Rambabu that there was no need to worry about what he termed false cases. He stated that the party would fight the matter legally and firmly.
Furthermore, Jagan told party leaders not to lose confidence. He said that political struggles often come with obstacles and pressure. However, he stressed that the party would face such challenges with courage.
Call for Unity Among Cadre
Jagan also urged party leaders and cadre to remain united. He emphasised that the fight is on behalf of the people and that YSRCP would continue to stand by them. Therefore, he asked members not to feel discouraged by legal or political setbacks.
Several senior leaders attended the meeting. Among them were MP Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose, former MP Nandigam Suresh, former MLA Malladi Vishnu, and NTR district YSRCP president Devineni Avinash.
