Hema revealed that in 2019, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy asked her several times to meet him. However, the opportunity never aligned, and she couldn’t attend. She also mentioned her participation in the Kapu movement, walking alongside Mudragada Padmanabham.
A New Mindset, Yet an Unclear Direction
Hema stated that her mindset has completely changed now. She has not decided which party to join next. Still, she confirmed that she will soon meet Pawan Kalyan, but clarified that the meeting is related to the Movie Artists Association (MAA) and not politics. She hopes to organize an event and wants his support for it.
When asked about working with him politically, she said it is too early to comment. However, she firmly believes that the Movie Artists Association can gain true strength only because of Pawan Kalyan’s influence. According to her, he is the most powerful force in the industry after Dasari Narayana Rao.
Her Personal Dream
Hema also revealed a deeply personal aspiration. She expressed immense devotion to Lord Venkateswara and shared her wish to become a TTD Board Member someday. Serving the Lord before the end of her life, she said, would be her greatest fulfillment.
