Anakapalli: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will visit Anakapalli district on the 20th of this month. The details of the tour were announced on Thursday by TDP constituency in-charge Peela Govinda Satyanarayana.
According to the schedule, the Chief Minister will depart from his residence at Undavalli by helicopter at 10 am. He is scheduled to arrive at Bangarayyapeta in Thallapalem Panchayat at 11.15 am. After reaching the village, the Chief Minister will visit a local house and interact with the family members.
Later, Chandrababu Naidu will take part in the ‘Swarna Andhra – Swachh Andhra’ programme being organised in the village. He will also attend a public meeting arranged locally, where he is expected to interact with villagers for nearly one and a half hours.
At around 2.30 pm, the Chief Minister will reach a stage set up near the National Highway. There, he will hold a one-hour meeting with TDP party workers. Subsequently, he will unveil the statue of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee at the Jalagamaddam junction.
The Chief Minister will return by helicopter at around 4 pm, Peela Govinda Satyanarayana said.
Arrangements Reviewed Ahead of CM’s Visit
Meanwhile, ahead of the Chief Minister’s tour, officials and party leaders inspected the meeting venue and helipad arrangements. CM programme coordinator Pendurthi Venkatesh and Anakapalli MLA Konathala Ramakrishna conducted the inspection on Thursday.
Former MLA Peela Govinda Satyanarayana, Corporation Chairpersons Battula Tathayya Babu and Malla Surendra, TDP State Executive Secretary Dadi Ratnakar, programme committee members Raghu, leaders from Kashinkota mandal, and DSP Shravani were also present during the inspection.
