Indian and New Zealand players arrived in Visakhapatnam ahead of the fourth T20 International, which the city will host with high expectations. Both teams reached Vizag on special flights from Guwahati. Officials from the Andhra Cricket Association and the district administration extended a warm welcome to the players at the airport.
Soon after arrival, team members travelled by road in designated buses to their respective hotels. Meanwhile, security arrangements around the city and the stadium were tightened to ensure the smooth conduct of the match. Fans have also shown strong enthusiasm, as Visakhapatnam hosts a T20 match between India and New Zealand for the first time.
India has already sealed the five-match series with a commanding 3-0 lead. However, the team remains focused on maintaining momentum and testing bench strength ahead of future tournaments. New Zealand, on the other hand, aim to bounce back and restore pride in the remaining matches.
Notably, India enjoys a strong record in T20 matches played in Visakhapatnam. Therefore, expectations remain high for another dominant performance. With pleasant weather conditions and a lively crowd expected, the Vizag T20 promises an exciting contest despite the series result already decided.
