The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission is set to release the Group-2 final results today, bringing long-awaited relief to thousands of candidates. Aspirants have waited for the announcement for several months, and the commission has now completed the final steps. APPSC has selected candidates for 903 posts, excluding two positions reserved under the sports quota. Officials began preparing post-allotment lists yesterday, which confirmed that the final results would be announced today.
Officials said the commission has completed the selection and assigned posts to candidates. As a result, candidates will soon know not only their selection status but also the posts allotted to them. The announcement is expected to end uncertainty among aspirants who cleared earlier stages of the examination process.
Delay Triggers Concerns Among Aspirants
Despite the completion of the Group-2 examination process earlier, candidates raised concerns over the delay in declaring results. Meanwhile, several leaders from the ruling party also expressed concern about the prolonged wait faced by aspirants. Therefore, the government reviewed the situation and concluded that no hurdles remained for releasing the results.

However, decisions regarding the two remaining posts have been kept pending due to ongoing court cases. Authorities said they will take a final call on those posts after legal proceedings conclude.
Meanwhile, selected candidates are eagerly awaiting appointment orders.
