Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu accused the YSR Congress Party of creating unrest in Andhra Pradesh after its heavy defeat in the general elections. He said the party has failed to accept the loss of power. As a result, it is now trying to destabilise the state. He urged TDP leaders to stay alert and avoid falling into political traps.
During a teleconference with senior party leaders, Naidu said YSRCP leaders were deliberately provoking tension. Moreover, he stated that they were encouraging actions that could disturb law and order. According to him, these moves aim to divert attention from their past governance failures.
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister warned that even small provocations could be misused to trigger violence. Therefore, he advised ministers and senior leaders to guide party workers carefully. He stressed that discipline and patience were essential at this stage.
At the same time, Chandrababu Naidu reiterated that development remained the government’s top priority. He said attracting investments and improving infrastructure were key goals. However, he added that YSRCP leaders were unhappy with the state’s progress. Hence, they were trying to block growth through conspiracies.
Finally, Naidu made it clear that the government would not tolerate any attempt to disturb peace. He stated that strict legal action would follow against those involved in unlawful activities. Overall, he said the administration would continue to focus on stability, growth, and investor confidence despite repeated provocations.
